  • Seniors are welcome, but this is not a seniors’ facility or 55+ building, everyone is welcome
  • Same as the rent of unit, seniors receive 50% off
  • You pay the security deposit via e-transfer once your application is successfully approved

  • Power is separate (heating/cooling is electric and the tenant’s responsibility)
  • Please book no further than 60 days in advance as our inventory changes month to month
  • Direct Debit (Pre-authorized payments are required, we do not take cash, cheques or credit cards)
